  • Applicable on prior reservation with full advance payment.
  • Base category rooms will be provided at each location.
  • Early Check-in and Late check outs beyond permissible limits are subject to availability
  • Above to the permissible limits, Early check in & late checkout are subject to availability & charges.
  • A Government notification requires Indian residents to present “Proof of Identity” and shall produce the same at the time of check-in.  A copy of “Proof of Identity” shall be retained by FO for records.
  • The proof of identity can either be a Driving License, Passport, Aadhaar Card, Voters Card or any other Photo ID card issued by the Government/ PSU.
  • PAN cards will not be considered as ID proof.
  • Foreign residents/ Non-residents Indians are requested to produce their Valid Passport and visa details at the time of check-in.
  • Proof of identity with an address issued by the government is compulsory for each traveller.
  • PAN card photocopy is mandatory if the billing is more than Rs. 49,999/-
  • Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
  • Smoking in Non-smoking rooms will be penalised.


CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY :

  • 100 per cent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after check-in date or on No show.
  • Free cancellation if cancelled between the booking date and 7 days (s) before check-in date .
  • If cancelled on the day of arrival / no-show the entire amount for stay will be charged as retention.
  • If The guest checks in and immediately checks out prior to his departure date, the full amount will be charged as retention.
  • In case of group bookings, the Group cancellation policy is as Avianna group.
  • By making a reservation with Avianna Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with your reservation.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refund Eligibility: Guests can request a refund if they cancel their reservation within 7 to 14 days prior to the check-in date.

  • Booking Channels: Refunds are applicable to bookings made directly through Avianna Group’s website, official mobile app, or through authorized travel partners.

  • Refund Process: Once a refund is requested and approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Rates: Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of booking.

  • Advance Payment Refunds: If the reservation was made with an advance payment, the refund will be processed minus any applicable cancellation fees.

  • Cancellation Fees: A standard cancellation fee may apply if the booking is canceled within the 7 to 14-day window. The exact fee will be outlined in the booking terms.

  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), Avianna Group may offer a full refund or rescheduling option regardless of the standard refund policy.

  • Group Bookings: For group bookings, different refund and cancellation policies may apply. Guests are advised to review the specific terms provided at the time of booking.

  • Refund for Extras: Refunds for additional services like spa bookings, dining reservations, or excursions will be subject to their own specific cancellation policies.
